1st application wave (early bird): August 8, 2024 to August 22, 2024 ​

2nd application wave: September 5, 2024 to September 26, 2024

3rd application wave: October 5, 2024 to October 30, 2024

Conference and accommodation fees

1st wave (early bird) delegate/journalist fee: 100€

2nd wave delegate/journalist fee: 110€

3rd wave delegate/journalist fee: 110€

Accommodation fee: 160€ (€40 per night for 4 nights)

Please note: The use of the offered accommodation is not mandatory for participation in the BIMUN/SINUB conference. If you have alternative accommodation for the duration of the conference, you are free to use it. Our accommodation offer is intended as an option for those participants who need assistance in finding suitable housing.
It is imperative to note that partial occupancy is not available; attendees who choose our accommodations must commit to the entire conference duration, which is four nights. Please also note that accommodation must be shared with one or two other conference participants.
